1. The term "Exhibitor” refers to a legal entity, who is signatory to this application from and includes all employes or agents of such entity. The term “Organizer” refers
Eastern U.P. Exporters Association (EUPEA) and Hindtex Committee of EUPEA.
2. The stall were allotted to an eligible legal entity against payment received by the Organizer as prescribed. The Organizer had its discretion whether to allot or deny a stall to an applicant without assigning any reason..
3. The Organizer reserved the right to allocate or reallocate the size, layout position and features of any stand, without assigning any reason. The Exhibitor had to accept the stand as allotted to him.
4. The Exhibitor occupied the stand allotted to him at least one day prior to the opening of the event. In the event of default for whatsoever reason, the Organizer had the right to re-allocate the stand to others in any way as it feels fit. In this eventuality the Organizeer had not been liable to refund the registration/exhibition charges.
